This Privacy Policy describes how BizFlow AI Solutions LLC(“we,” “us”), operator of AIPhonez (aiphonez.com), collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and the AIPhonez platform (the “Service”).
1. Information We Collect
- Account information — name, email, phone number, company name, and a hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
- Business content — the website URL you provide and the public content of that site, which our AI reads to build your agent, plus any prompts, instructions, and settings you supply.
- Call data — when your agent handles calls, we process caller phone numbers, call recordings, transcripts, summaries, and call analytics so we can deliver the Service (call logs, after-call notifications, billing).
- Payment data — payments and cards are handled by Stripe; we store only references (such as a customer ID and invoice records), never card numbers.
- Chat & support — messages you send to our website assistant (including live-chat sessions with our team) and support tickets.
- Usage & marketing data — pages visited, device/browser information, IP address, cookies, and advertising parameters (such as UTM tags and the Meta Pixel, including server-side events) used to run and measure our advertising.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide and operate the Service — building your agent, handling calls, sending after-call summaries, provisioning numbers.
- To bill usage and manage your account.
- To provide support and respond to your messages.
- To secure the platform (rate limiting, abuse prevention, audit logs).
- To market and measure our own advertising (attribution of signups to campaigns).
- To improve the Service.
3. Call Recordings — Your Callers
If you deploy an agent, calls to it may be recorded and transcribed so the Service can function. For your callers’ data, you are the data controller and we process it on your behalf. You are responsible for providing any notice to and obtaining any consent from your callers that applicable law requires (some U.S. states require all-party consent to recording). 4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that make the platform work:
- Stripe — payment processing and card storage.
- Voice AI and telephony providers — voice calls, phone numbers, recordings, and transcription.
- OpenAI — generating and editing agent prompts and powering the website assistant.
- Vercel and Neon — application hosting and database infrastructure.
- HighLevel (LeadConnector) — our CRM, where lead and customer contact records are managed.
- Meta — advertising measurement (Pixel and Conversions API events).
- Telegram — internal routing of support conversations to our team.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Company, our customers, or others.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and browser storage for sign-in sessions and to remember advertising attribution (UTM parameters), and the Meta Pixel for ad measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings; the Service’s signed-in areas require session cookies to function.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
We keep account and call data while your account is active and as needed for billing, legal, and security purposes. To delete your account and associated personal data, email admin@simpliscale.io — we will delete or de-identify data not required for legal or billing records.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored hashed, payment credentials live with Stripe, and account data is siloed per customer with access controls. No system is perfectly secure — report concerns to admin@simpliscale.io.
8. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be noted on this page.
